Purpose:
The scotduke.com site is my personal site.  I am employed as Founder/President/CEO of Innovative Business Golf Solutions, LLC.  (IBGS)
It may be my personal blog but I intend to generate revenue from all endeavors included in this site and all payment made to me will go through IBGS.

Disclosure Policy:

This blog is also a collaborative blog written by a group of individuals. This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.

This blog abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content.

Even though the owner of this blog receives compensation for posts or advertisements, he always give an honest opinion, finding, belief, or experience on those topics or products. I will do paid and unpaid reviews on this site. All reviews will contain proper disclosure at the top and/or bottom of the article.
The content of the review will not be influenced or altered by the fact that I am being paid to do the review. The review will be honest!
A bad product or service will not receive a good review simply because I am being paid to review it. However, I will, in the review, attempt to suggest ways in which the product or service could be improved.
Likewise, good services will not receive an excellent review simply because I am being paid to review it.
My review will be honest and critical. If your product or service cannot stand up to a critical review, or you do not wish to learn how to improve it, then I suggest you look elsewhere for honest dishonest FeedBack.

Comments Policy:
Comments on this blog are moderated.
In order to comment on this blog you must enter a valid email address. That comment will then require moderation from me.
Once a comment has been approved, subsequent comments associated with that email address will be allowed without moderation.
The definition of what is an acceptable comment is entirely at my discretion.
I will remove comments which I deem to have crossed a line of moral sensibility at which point I would consider the comment to be aimed at inciting or promoting hatred, racism, violence, child abuse /child pornography or unacceptable / illegal behavior.
Comments which I deem to have crossed this line will result in the comment being deleted and/or the user being banned from commenting again.
Again, determination of what is acceptable is solely at my discretion.
Needless to say, any comments containing links/URLs to spam / porn sites or domains will also be deleted.
Other than that, I will generally let all comments stand even if they are harsh in nature towards myself. I believe in free speech and would not censor anybody simply because I do not agree with their opinion.
I have not had to remove a comment in 3 years (other than spam), and hopefully I would not have to start anytime soon.
Blogroll:

The intent of the scotduke.com Blogroll Links is to provide viewers with a menu of quality Sites and/or People relevant to the overall interest of the scotduke.com mission mission. I have the full discretion of who I place on my Blogroll Links.

Those placed on the scotduke.com ‘A’ List Blogroll of links are sites that I have personally approved to be a quality and upstanding sites who I share a mutual admiration with or who have enhanced my revenue horizons in some way.  These links on my ‘A’ List will only be listed there with a Photo Link…ther ewill not be any SEO Games played on the blogroll.

Links to scotduke.com Blogroll for the sole purpose of that site’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO) advantages will not be allowed and If found the sites only motive is to feed off the IBGS site’s traffic will be removed immediately.

Bottomline:

The scotduke.com Web/Blog-site and Blogroll is a mutual admiration society. It is here for its viewers’ enjoyment and convenience, not for leads to potential spamming. All contact information obtained by comment viewers will be held private and not divulged to anyone in any form or manor.  The only exception being, if an individual does something unlawful on the scotduke.com site then that information will be willfully turned over to law enforcement agencies.
